Performance Lab’s Certified Personal Trainers specialize in all aspects of wellness from weight loss to athlete performance. After a careful evaluation and understanding of your strengths and weaknesses, goals and concerns, the trainer will create a program just for you. No two programs are alike and your program will not be static, it will be modified and altered to reflect your progress and any new fitness goals.
Your customized 45-minute Personal Training session will take place on state-of-the-art Atlantis Equipment. Each session will include a dynamic warm up, strength training, metabolic conditioning, and muscle recovery. This comprehensive approach to wellness will help you achieve your goals
With over 6,000 sq ft of gym space at our disposal, our trainers can provide the “personal” in each Personal Training Session. The only occupants of your space will be you, your trainer and your program.
